Jessica Horrigan is a Mexican-American creative, based in Scottsdale, AZ. She has 10+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, ranging from features, shorts, and music videos to programming scripted content for network cable and global streaming platforms. With experience on productions located in Los Angeles and the Phoenix metropolitan area; combined with actively developing international projects, Jessica has a true working knowledge of the processes involved in generating content on any scale.

Jessica attended Arizona State University and studied business and film. She currently works in Media Operations at FOX Sports. Prior to FOX, Jessica worked at AMC Networks, in International Programming and Development. At AMC, she vetted writer samples and project submissions, analyzed and provided feedback for current series outline drafts, scripts, and episode cuts. Such shows included GANGS OF LONDON, KIN, FIREBITE, 61st STREET,  and THE BEAST MUST DIE. Jessica also facilitated writer/directors meetings and participated in internal and external pitches. During her time at AMC Networks, Jessica script consulted for independent writers through the Roadmaps Writers program. While at Roadmaps, she met and consulted with budding writers to help craft and mold their stories.

Prior to working in scripted development/programming and script consulting, Jessica was a Junior Agent in the Youth Voiceover department at CESD Talent Agency. Her time at the agency covered talent scouting and working with talent for TV/Film, Voiceover, and modeling.

Jessica's passion is telling authentic stories about underserved communities with creative flair. When she is not working or spending time with family and friends, Jessica gives back to her community by volunteering her time at non-profits: Made in Her Image, an organization that is based towards empowering young girls of color in film and media and Aguila Youth Leadership Institute, a non-profit that provides unique college access program for youth in Phoenix, AZ.
